It depends on many factors:

• The volume of the order.
Normal turnaround is 1-4 weeks, excluding postage/shipping.

Papers
If you are unsure the type and /or quality of the paper for your stationery, please request a sample pack from us. Once an order has been placed no refund is available including if you don't like the paper you've requested.
Color
We don't print on coloured paper (unless is requested, printing on colored paper is much more expensive), we print colour on white paper. If you require your stationery to be printed on coloured paper, require a custom order from our shop.
Timeframes
The timeframes given for producing stationary are best estimates only. Certain factors outside our control will occasionally extend those times including public holidays; printer issues or delays, e.g., equipment breakdown or temporary paper shortages; postal strikes; bad weather, e.g., floods, tornados or volcanic eruptions preventing delivery; flight delays, sicknesses, etc. Whilst every effort is made to meet the indicated times, they are estimates, only and Paradise Invitations is not responsible for such delays.
Proofs
Please take the time to carefully read over and check all of the files. It is your responsibility to ensure all items are correct and completely free from any errors or omissions. Paradise Invitations cannot accept any responsibility or liability for errors overlooked during this stage.
Printing will only take place after you confirm all of the proofs again. The PDF proofs are the final, you will receive EXACTLY as per the PDF, nothing (no
graphs, foliage, font and text colour, additional monograms etc.) will be added and nothing will be changed.
Please make sure you've included everything in the order and didn't miss anything. If you didn't receive proof of a file (for example: address printing
on envelopes) - that means it will not be included in your order.
Use of stationery for promotional purposes
Paradise Invitations reserves the right to use images of any stationary produced for clients in the promotion of its business. If you do not wish this to be the case, please advise us on approval of the proof.
Returns
If your item is damaged or flawed, please let us know within 30 days of receipt and we will replace the items for you right away.
Cancellation policy
Once a deposit or payment has been made, it is not refundable, including when an order is modified or cancelled. This is because envelopes and materials are purchased when the order is placed, and Paradise Invitation's time and resources have been invested up to the point of order.
Where the size of invitations or envelopes are changed, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the extra work.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of invitations, refund and exchanges are not accepted. Personalised invitations are not like a dress that can be returned to the shop, refunded, and sold to someone else.
Shipping
At Paradise we take care of your order from the start till the end. International parcels are sent via ultra-reliable DHL Express. If the parcel doesn't arrive to the destination, we happily will reprint and resend it straight away.
Confirmation
Before the parcel is sent - we always confirm your address by sending you an email.
