Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally daily. We partner with top-tier international couriers (such as DHL Express) to guarantee speedy, secure global transit. Timeline 3-5 days.

Will I face surprise import taxes or customs duties if I am ordering from the USA?

No, your delivery is completely stress-free. For all orders shipping to the United States, Kattone Pty Ltd handles all customs declarations, duties, and tariffs on your behalf

How can I follow my package during transit?

The moment your order leaves our packing tables, our system generates an automated dispatch email. You will receive a secure tracking number for real-time tracking, letting you monitor your heirloom stationery every step of the journey from our studio door to your home.

What makes Kattone Paper different from standard stationery?

Our signature paper is 100% handcrafted from pure, tree-free natural cotton. Traditional paper relies on wood pulp, but we skip that destructive process entirely to ensure an eco-conscious footprint. It features an opulent, substantial weight (ranging from 300gsm to 450gsm) and beautiful, organic, feathery deckled edges. This yields a deeply textured, tactile surface that turns a simple invitation into a tangible heirloom.

How does the custom venue illustration process work?

We make collaborating with our studio incredibly simple:

  1. Submit Your Image: After your order is placed, you simply email a clear photograph of your wedding or event venue to our team.
  2. Review the Digital Mockup: Our designers create an layout mockup showing the exact scaling, placement, and angle of your venue relative to your text layout.
  3. The Physical Sketch: Once you approve the mockup, our artists hand-sketch your venue.

Are there extra fees if I want to reuse my illustration across other items?

Absolutely not. Once you purchase a custom illustration package with us (for example, on your Save the Date cards), that digital asset belongs to your event suite. We will happily carry that artwork over onto your envelope liners, vellum jackets, or day-of reception menus at zero extra design fees.

Can I change the fonts and colors?

Yes, absolutely. We believe your stationery should perfectly mirror the unique mood and palette of your celebration. You are welcome to customize the typography and ink colors across our entire signature suite collection to match your vision. Our design team will guide you through our curated choices during the digital proofing phase, and we will refine your layout with unlimited complimentary revisions until it is completely perfect.

Can I choose different pieces from different stationery suites?

Yes, absolutely. We understand that your event style is completely unique, and we love helping clients curate a custom presentation. You are welcome to select different pieces from any of our signature sets—for example, pairing a Save the Date card from one collection with an envelope liner or typography style from another. Our design team will work closely with you during the digital proofing phase to harmonize your chosen elements, ensuring your final mixed stationery suite looks entirely cohesive, intentional, and balanced.

What is your turnaround time for custom stationery production?

The timeframe to complete your stationery depends entirely on the specific items, printing methods, and assembly options you order. Our regular process time is 2 to 4 weeks Please note that custom hand-drawn venue illustrations, intensive letterpress or foil press printing, and full-service studio assembly require dedicated hands-on artisan time. To guarantee a stress-free experience, we recommend starting your order with our studio well in advance of your desired mail-out date.

Will my stationery suites arrive fully assembled?

Yes, absolutely. Complimentary full-service studio assembly. We fold your translucent vellum jackets, permanently mount your custom envelope liners, wrap your belly bands, and hand-press your bespoke artisan wax seals on the silk ribbons. Your invitation packages will arrive at your doorstep completely finished, impeccably presented.  

What printing options do you provide?

In our studio, we offer four exquisite options to bring your wedding paper to life:

  • Foil Press: Metallic brilliance that catches the light with luxurious, indented shine.
