Welcome to the website of Kattone Paper (the “Site,” which may include any
mobile applications and mobile sites). (“Kattone Paper”, “we”, “us” and/or
“our”). This Site is operated by Kattone Pty Ltd trading as Kattone Paper,
and/or its affiliates and provides information about our organisation and to
provide e-commerce services (the “Services”) to our Site visitors (“user,” “you,” or
“your”). This Privacy Policy sets forth Kattone Paper’s information policy
including personally identifiable data, such as your name, email address, postal
address, phone number, credit card information, device location, transaction
information, date of birth, your address book or contact list and your photographs
(collectively, “Personal Information”), and other information that is collected from
Site visitors.
Information We Collect
When you interact with us through the Site, we may collect and store Personal
Information and other information from you, as described below:
Personal Information That You Provide Through the Site: We collect Personal
Information from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as
when you access the Site, purchase goods or services on the Site, contact us
with inquiries, register for access to the Kattone Paper Services, share your
address book, post photographs or use certain Services, such as sending or
responding to Kattone Paper correspondence, including event invitations,
save-the-dates, cards, personalized stationery and announcements (collectively
“Stationery”). Wherever Kattone Paper collects Personal Information, we
make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. For example, you share
information when you:
• Make an in-store or online purchase or other transaction with us;
• Create an account on our Site;
• Use a gift registry or create a mobile shopping list;
• Participate in one our sale or loyalty programs.
• Conduct a transaction or request a Service where we collect information;
• Request customer service or contact us;
• Subscribe to our emails or agree to accept offers from us;
• Post a review or comment on one of our social media pages, or post a rating,
review or other user-generated content on our Site; and
• Participate in a contest, sweepstakes, promotion, or survey.
By providing us with Personal Information, you are consenting to our use of it in
accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is intended to cover
collection of information on the Site from residents of the United States and other
countries. If you provide Personal Information to this Site, you acknowledge and
agree that such Personal Information may be transferred from your current
location to the offices and servers of Kattone Pty Ltd and the authorised third
parties referred to herein located in the United States, Australia, or other
countreis where Kattone Paper or its associates operate.
Your Rights:
You have rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you. Below
is an outline of those rights and how to exercise those rights. Please note that we
will require you to verify your identity before responding to any requests to
exercise your rights by providing details only known to the account holder. Please
note that for each of the rights below we may have valid legal reasons to refuse
your request, in such instances we will let you know if that is the case.
Your Choices About the Use of Your Data
You can choose not to provide certain data to us, but you may not be able to use
certain features of the Website.
Demographic or Other Data:
We may also collect and store demographic or other data, such as age, gender,
zip code or similar information, from you when you provide such information. We
may also receive information about you from other sources, online or offline, and
add it to the information you provide to us.
Information about Others:
We may also collect and store personal information about other people that you
provide to us through your use of the Kattone Paper Services, such as,
guests’ contact information to allow them to respond to and comment on your
Paradise Invitations Stationery or other correspondence. At your request, we may
send reminders to guests and display their names to other guests of the same
event. Other than as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not intentionally sell
or otherwise disclose guest contact information that you submit to any third party.
You may also delete your name from a particular event’s guest list by contacting
the event host via the Service or emailing paradiseinvitations@gmail.com
requesting to be removed on the invitation page.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers to collect and process personal
information from or about you on our behalf. Examples include data analysis,
marketing and advertising services, email and hosting services, customer
services and support, hosting User Accounts, processing credit card payments,
and collecting customer research or satisfaction surveys. They have access to
the personal information needed to perform their functions.
IP Addresses and Device Information:
We collect technical information when you visit our Site or use our mobile
applications or Services. This includes information such as Internet Protocol (IP)
address, the type of mobile device you use, your device operating system and
browser type, a unique device identifier, the address of a referring website, the
path you take through our Site, and other information about your session on our
websites. We may use such IP address for various purposes, including to
analyse and report upon the usage of our Site, and, along with the content,
features and Services made available through the Site, diagnose and prevent
service or technology problems affecting our Site, and monitor and prevent fraud
and abuse.
You also provide us information in other ways through technology. Some of this
information may be linked to you personally. This information helps our Services
work more effectively and supports our customer marketing and analytics efforts
– – our work to understand our customers’ needs and provide information about

tags and mobile device identifiers to collect information about the use of our Site.
Cookies allow us to provide you relevant information as you use or return to our

turn off cookies, we will not be able to track your order or enable you to make a
purchase from our website. In addition, we will not be able to recognise you as a
registered user to allow you access to your account information. You still can
order over the telephone by contacting customer service. Leaving cookies turned
on allows you to take advantage of some of the Site’s features.
We use these tracking technologies to deliver, measure, and improve our
Websites – whether accessed through a browser or a mobile device – in various
ways. In particular, these technologies help:
make our Website easier to use;
better tailor our Websites to your interests and needs;

Web beacons allow us to know if a certain page was visited, an email was
opened, or if ad banners on our websites and other sites were effective.
We also may use pixel tags – tiny graphic images – to tell us what parts of our
Site you have visited or to measure the effectiveness of any searches you may
do on our site. Pixel tags also enable us to send you email in a format you can
read and let us know when you have opened an email message from us.

tools such as pixel tags to measure the performance of a marketing effort on our
behalf. We prohibit these companies from using this information for their own
marketing purposes or from sharing this information with anyone other than
Paradise Invitations.
We also contract with third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our
behalf across the Internet. To do this, they will collect anonymous information
about your visits to our Site and your interaction with our products and services.
They may also use information about your visits to this Site and other websites to
target advertisements. These targeted advertisements may appear on other sites
that you visit. This anonymous information is collected through the use of a
cookie or pixel tag – industry standard technology used by most major websites.
No personally identifiable information is collected in this process. To opt-out of
this type of messaging, please update your mail preferences.
We use these tools to provide a continuous and more personalized shopping
experience for you.
Browser Do Not Track Signals: Although our Site currently does not have a
mechanism to recognise the various web browser Do Not Track signals, we do
offer our customers choices to manage their preferences that are provided in the
previous sections above.
Online Advertising Services
We may use third-party advertising services, like Facebook® and Instagram®, to
deliver advertising about our products and services on our Websites, as well as
other websites and applications you use. The ads may be based on information
we have collected (as outlined above) and information these advertising
providers know about you based on their tracking data. The ads can be based on
your recent activity or activity over time and across other sites and services and
may be tailored to your interests.
Non-Personally Identifiable Data:
In addition to the Personal Information that we collect (as described in this
Privacy Policy), when you interact with Kattone Paper through the Site, we
receive and store certain information that cannot currently be used to identify you
(“non-personally identifiable information”). Such non-personally identifiable
information is collected passively using various technologies such as web
beacons and may be used to track usage of the Site, determine whether
Stationery or messages have been opened or acted upon or customize Kattone Paper Services. Unless you have registered for the Site, the non-personally
identifiable information we gather through the use of tracking technologies will not
be matched with any Personal Information. Kattone Paper may store such
non-personally identifiable information itself or such non-personally identifiable
information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Paradise
Invitations affiliates, agents or service providers. The Site may use and share
such non-personally identifiable information and pool it with other information to
track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors
to each page of our Site, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service
providers. It is important to note that no Personal Information is available or used
in this process of collecting non-personally identifiable information.
Aggregated Personal Information:
In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Kattone Paper Services, Kattone Paper often conducts research on its customer
demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Information and
other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed
on an aggregate basis, and this type of aggregated information does not identify
you personally (the “Aggregate Data”), and Kattone Paper may share this
Aggregate Data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. Kattone Paper may also disclose Aggregate Data in order to describe our services to
current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other
lawful purposes.
Privacy Rights:
You have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which
we share certain categories of your personal information with third parties for the
third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
Kattone Paper does not provide any personal information to third parties for
their own direct marketing purposes. If you want to request a notice or have any
questions about our privacy practices, please send an e-mail to

Information” or write to us.
Our Use of Your Personal Information and Other Information:
Kattone Paper uses the Personal Information you provide in a manner that
is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Information for a
certain reason, we may use the Personal Information in connection with the
reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by e-mail, we will
use the Personal Information you provide to answer your question or resolve your
problem. Also, if you provide Personal Information in order to obtain access to
the Paradise Invitations Services, we will use your Personal Information to
provide you with access to such services, to monitor your use of such services
and to contact you regarding your use of such services. In addition, Kattone Paper or its authorised service provider may use financial information or
payment method to process payment for any purchases made on the Site, to
protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as
needed to manage our business. Kattone Paper and its subsidiaries and
affiliates (the “Related Companies”) may also use your Personal Information and
other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Site to help us
improve the content and functionality of the Site, to better understand our users
and to improve the Kattone Paper Services. Kattone Paper and its
affiliates may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about
services we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, each communication
we send you will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receiving
future communications. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any
future communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing
lists, please contact us as indicated below.
Kattone Paper may collect and store personal information about other
people that you provide to us through your use of the Services. Kattone Paper may use such information to help us improve the content and
functionality of the Site, to better understand our users and to improve the
Kattone Paper Services. Among other things, we may use guests’ contact
information to offer guests the opportunity to contact each other through the Site.
Paradise Invitations will provide guests with the means to communicate with one
another through the Site but will not disclose guests’ email addresses with other
guests unless a guest opts-in to accept a specific guest’s request for his or her
email address.
If Kattone Paper intends on using any Personal Information in any manner
that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy, you will be informed of such
anticipated use prior to or at the time at which the Personal Information is
collected.
Facebook Connect:
You can log in to our Site using Facebook Connect. Facebook Connect will
authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal
Information with us.
Information We Share with Others and Your Privacy Rights
Kattone Pty ltd is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this
information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however,
certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Information with
certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties:
Kattone Paper, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to
perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include
mailing information, maintaining databases, analyzing data, marketing, and
processing payments. When we employ another company to perform a function
of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to
perform their specific function, and they may only use such information for our
benefit and the purposes for which they were engaged.
Business Transfers:
As we develop our business, we might sell, buy or merge businesses or assets.
In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganisation, dissolution or similar
event, Personal Information, Non-Personally Identifiable Data and Aggregated
Personal Information may be part of the transferred assets.
Related Companies:
We may also share your Personal Information with our Related Companies for

Legal Requirements:
Kattone Paper may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so
by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a

compliance with or enforce our Terms of Service or protect and defend the rights
or property of Kattone Paper, users of the Site or others, (iii) act in urgent
circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, or
(iv) protect against legal liability.
Your Choices about Communications from Kattone Paper can access the
Site without providing any Personal Information when you browse the Site. If you
choose not to provide any Personal Information, you will not be able to use
certain Paradise Invitations Services, such as purchasing goods and services.
Exclusions:
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Information collected by
Paradise Invitations other than Personal Information collected through the Site.
This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to
Kattone Paper through this Site or through any other means. This includes,
but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site
(collectively, “Public Areas”), any ideas for new products or modifications to
existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited
Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential
and Kattone Paper shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute
such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation, attribution or
compensation.
International Users:
If you are using or visiting the Site from the European Union or other regions with
laws governing data collection and use, please note that by such use or visit you
are agreeing to the transfer of your information to the United States and Australia
and to processing globally. By providing your information, you consent to any
transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Links to Other Web Sites:
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. This Site may contain links to other
web sites not operated or controlled by Kattone Paper (the “Third-Party
Sites”). The policies and procedures described here do not apply to the Third-
Party Sites. The links from this Site do not imply that Kattone Paper
endorses or has reviewed the Third-Party Sites. We suggest contacting those
sites directly for information on their privacy policies.
Analytic Services
We use third-party browser and mobile analytics services like Google Analytics®
on the Websites. These services use tools to help us analyze your use of the
Websites, including information like the third-party website you arrive from, how
often you visit, events within the Websites, usage and performance data, and
purchasing behavior. We use this data to improve the Websites and provide
information, products and services that may be of interest to you.
How We Use Email
When you provide us your email address, we will email you as necessary to
process your order, respond to a request or provide customer service. For
example, after you place an order on the Site, you will receive an email
confirmation and, in most cases, an email with package tracking information.
We may also send promotional emails about products, special offers, services or
events we believe may be of interest to you. It is our intent to send promotional
emails only to those who wish to receive them. We provide instructions on how to
unsubscribe in each email and within the My Account section on the Site.

Paradise Invitations takes reasonable steps (including physical, electronic and
procedural measures) to protect the Personal Information provided via the Site
from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or

(SSL). SSL encrypts your credit card number, name and address so only
Paradise Invitations is able to decode your information. Please note that email is
not encrypted and is not considered to be a secure means of transmitting credit

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to
process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the
purposes of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency
stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which
gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this
in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent
when browsing our website so that prices can convert to your local
currency.
