Paper
If uncertain about the type and/or quality of paper for your stationery, please request a sample pack. No refunds are available once an order is placed, even if the paper is not to your liking.

Proofs
Please carefully review and verify all files. It is your responsibility to ensure all items are accurate and error-free. Kattone is not liable for any oversights.
Printing will only proceed upon reconfirmation of all proofs. The PDF proofs are definitive; your final product will mirror the PDF precisely with no deviations.

Ensure all order items are accounted for in the proof. Anything which is not in the proof will not be printed (e.g., address printing on envelopes).

Use of stationery for promotional purposes
Kattone maintains the authority to employ visuals of each stationery item crafted for customers in the advertising of its brand. Should this be contrary to your desires, please notify us upon proof approval.

Returns 
In case of damage or flaws, kindly inform us within 5 days of receipt to facilitate prompt replacement.

Cancellation policy 
Once a payment is received, it is non-refundable, even if an order is changed or canceled. This is due to materials being purchased upfront and the allocation of time and resources by Kattone.

Refunds
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for custom invitations. Personalized invitations cannot be returned, refunded, or resold like a dress.

Shipping
At Kattone we take care of your order from the start till the end. International parcels are sent via ultra-reliable DHL Express. If the parcel doesn't arrive to the destination, we will happily reprint and resend it straight away gratis. 

Confirmation
Prior to dispatching the package, we verify your address through an email correspondence.
